Whether you’re an American expat feeling homesick or simply a barbecue enthusiast, Hong Kong’s diverse restaurant scene has you covered for the 4th of July. Here are our top four fun ways to celebrate American independence this weekend:

All-you-can-eat barbecue lunch at Henry

Henry Hong Kong

Meat-master chef Nate Green is proudly American, so it’s only natural that he would present such an indulgent 4th of July feast at Henry. On Saturday, 4 July, 12–2:30pm, you can devour the finest of BBQ meats and sides followed by dessert and free-flow beverages. Henry’s 4th of July BBQ lunch menu ($668/adult; $350/child aged 6–12; $998 to include free-flow drinks for adults) features Chef Green’s special seven-pepper beef brisket, BBQ pork belly and BBQ chicken – all of which are imported from US farms. It doesn’t get much more American than that!
