Yet another reason for Foodies to linger for longer in Sai Ying Pun – Stack, a trendy new dining concept by twins, Josh and Caleb Ng of Common Ground, is an American-style pancake house serving up creative and innovative pancakes.

Stack’s interior concept centers around celebrating the fusion between the past and present, which is a theme perfectly suited to the history and current transformation of Sai Ying Pun. Design elements include neon signage, worn, patterned tiles and iron gates reminiscent of old-school Hong Kong.

Sweet and savoury pancakes (including a few with meatier toppings such as ribs and pulled pork), as well as cocktails paired to your choice of pancakes are on offer, while the menu also includes a wide range of carefully selected wine, beer, whisky and sake.

The twins believe that there is so much more to the pancake than just butter, syrup and berries and “paired with the right ingredients in the right form, a pancake can surprise you in ways you could never imagine!”

Well, we tend to agree!

Open Tuesday – Sunday for drinks and dinner from 6pm – 11:30pm. Weekend brunch coming soon.
