October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This international health campaign is organised annually by major breast cancer charities and aims to spread awareness and raise funds for research into this illness that affects millions worldwide.
A pink ribbon is donned during this month to show support, and many restaurants and bars have adapted this idea to introduce pink drinks and eats. Visit these fabulous spots to enjoy pretty pink treats and support a good cause.
Pink wine at Feather & Bone
Premium butcher Feather & Bone is partnering with AIX, a highly regarded rosé from Provence, to raise awareness. For every bottle and glass of AIX rosé ($95/glass, $260/carafe, $420/bottle or $170/retail) sold, a portion of the sales will go to the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation – an organisation dedicated to breast health education, patient support, research and advocacy and a provider of free breast-screening services. There will also be a donation box at every cashier for those who wish to give a little more.
