Drawing up plans that enable you to relish the last cool breeze of the season before the summer heat hits the island?  Then be sure to add Ocean Park to your list of “cool” places to visit this spring.

The theme park recently launched a new “Chill Out” lakeside dining experience along the Aqua City Lagoon, transforming the pleasure ground by day into a happening escapade after sundown – complete with renowned DJs, band performances, a 360° water-screen show and a range of gourmet food and beverage options.

At Yaki, guests can purchase Japanese draught beer or a jumbo yakitori platter, containing mouth-watering grilled Australian Wagyu beef with leek, grilled Hokkaido pork belly, grilled sustainable sea whelks, abalone and Japanese jumbo scallops.

Other gourmet options include Chick ‘n‘ Chill’s new Ferris Wheel combo (fried chicken wings with salted egg yolk sauce, fried fish fillet, deep-fried pork knuckle with cheese, sweet potato fries and prawn paste on sugar cane), Tapas Bar’s nachos with cheese and crispy pork knuckle, O So Sweet’s waffle sticks with ice cream and refreshing sake-based cocktails at Lakeside Chill Bar.

*Admission is free from 6:30–11pm on Friday and Saturday nights at Lakeside Chill Bar, Neptune’s Restaurant, Aqua Bakery and Waterfront Gifts and is not inclusive of the animal exhibits, thrill rides and attractions. The “Chill Out” nighttime lakeside dining experience at Ocean Park will run from 13 April–29 June 2018.
