This is a photo from a film, which according to the Copyright Ordinance in Hong Kong, was based on the death of the director, screenwriter and composer. The director of the film, who was the last surviving among three, died in 2007. Hence, the photo was still copyright in Hong Kong until 2057 and in the US until 2052.
