Images of Bincheng Mao by BobHoward[edit]

I have seen that you have nominated several images of Bincheng Mao by BobHoward successfully. There are more images of Bincheng used in the Wikipedia article one also uploaded by User talk:Bobhowards and also uploaded from Flickr. The other (very similar) one was uploaded in February by another editor. And following the issue a bit the other image used in the article is also from Flickr and is also the only image uploaded so far. Block of User:VikimanSE[edit]

This user said that they couldn’t understand why they were blocked. I don’t understand either.

The log shows that they were blocked on 27 June 2022 for: Adding out of project scope content after warnings. But what would that ‘out of project scope content’ be? And where would those warnings be?

The upload log shows that they uploaded 12 files before this block, only two of which were deleted before this block. Besides this, there are some odd contributions that suggest they hadn’t quite learned to edit properly, but nothing close to deserving an indefinite block.

Of the remaining 10 uploads, only one (Erection of the penis.jpg) is currently nominated for deletion.

The user talk page history shows that no warnings were given there before the block.
