Japan’s fluffiest soufflé pancakes have landed in Hong Kong! A Happy Pancake is now open at Lee Garden Three. At their first-ever overseas shop, expect to indulge in jiggly pancakes topped with homemade manuka honey-whipped butter, caramel syrup, cheese mousse, chocolate sauce, fresh fruits and more!

The pancakes are made to order to ensure freshness and airiness. The recipe is a well-kept secret, but we are told that no baking powder is added to the mix – which makes the pancakes’ fluffiness even more of a marvel. The batter is cooked at a precise and consistently maintained temperature to allow the pancakes to rise. Aside from dessert pancakes, A Happy Pancake also serves savoury versions with toppings such as mushroom, cheese, bacon, salmon, avocado and more.

Shop 203–205, 2/F, Lee Garden Three, 1 Sunning Road, Causeway Bay, 2338 4315
