Innovation Showcase
We’ve received loads of applications for the Innovation Showcase and have selected an amazing line-up of exciting start-ups and companies who will display, demonstrate and educate Summit guests on their versions of food’s future and their groundbreaking innovations. Be some of the first people in Asia to sample future-forward eats, drinks and technologies.
The Innovation Showcase will open at 1pm on Friday, but it will be open all day on Saturday (concurrently with the panels and talks). To learn more about the exciting visionaries at the Summit, read our article.

Good news, foodies! Coffee, breakfast, lunch and future-friendly snacks are all included in the ticket price! Start your day off right with a cup of Redback Coffee’s speciality brew served to you by the friendly staff of inspiring social enterprise The Nest. Then, grab a delightfully fluffy pancake from Classified. If you ask us, there isn’t a more perfect breakfast.
For lunch we’ve partnered with beefy burger legend Beef & Liberty and its plant-based sister brand, Leaves & Liberty. They’ll be bringing you a selection of expertly crafted sliders with delicious vegan and vegetarian options.
