Looking for something tasty and très chic to do this weekend? Head down to Central Harbourfront on 19–21 May 2017 to experience Le Moment by the Harbour – a festive French weekend market featuring French food, beer, art and music, jointly organised by Kronenbourg 1664 and Le French May.
Aiming to encourage market-goers to embrace the French way of life and savour 'le moments we adore', Le Moment by the Harbour offers visitors a chance to indulge in a range of authentic French comfort foods, including freshly made crêpes (the Nutella version sounds délicieux), gourmet cheeses (be prepared to queue for the raclette) and charcuterie. Bon appétit!
Wash these down with premium French beers from Kronenbourg, including the new Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc Fruits Rouges wheat beer (which is making its Hong Kong debut at the market) – a fruitier variation of the popular Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc with a subtle raspberry aroma. There will also be opportunities to personalise your own Kronenbourg 1664 beer bottle with handwritten calligraphy.
Visitors can complete their French cultural immersion with a showcase of contemporary art and music performances by French and local artists. Highlights include a live art installation by French artist Ophelia Jacarini, live graffiti by French street artist Nasty, street magic performances, DJ sets, face painting, as well as string orchestra, rock and brass band performances.
Admission is free.
